One developer, one very large codebase

This page used to describe a distributed team of 68 across eleven countries serving twelve thousand companies. That was invented, so here is the real version: AI Business OS is built and maintained by one developer in India, working with clients worldwide.

It is a working business workspace — CRM, projects, invoicing, analytics — with a client portal where your clients approve work, sign contracts and see what they owe. You would be an early customer, which is exactly why the price is what it is and why you get the person who wrote the code on the phone instead of an account manager.

Calm by default

Software should reduce noise. We ship fewer alerts, clearer surfaces and one obvious next action.

Context beats features

Modules only earn their place when they make the others smarter.

Say what is not built

The capability matrix marks every module live, frontend-only or not built. A claim that collapses in week three costs more than it wins.

Check it yourself

Being small means asking you to trust one person, so as little as possible is left to trust. What is built and what isn’t is written down module by module, and the demo has no form in front of it.

The capability matrix

Every module marked live, frontend-only or not built — including the parts that would be easier to leave out.
